When parents and teens work together as a team they are more likely to solve their problems and more likely to find solutions that work.
Part of this process is for teens to tell their parents when they need help and what kind of help they want to receive. The following exercise will help your family recognize when help is needed and help your teen to know when and how to ask for help.
