- Heath Resources is an organization hosted by George Washington University. It provides information for individuals with disabilities after high school. Click the link above or call 1-800-544-3284. They have publications on further education as well as a directory of 180 organizations to assist you with different disabilities (including ADHD) including learning disabilities. There are fact sheets on finding the right college, and even a booklet on applying for financial aid. The information is available online and in print.
- College Opportunities On-Line (COOL) provides links to nearly 7,000 universities, liberal arts colleges, specialized colleges, community colleges, career or technical colleges, and trade schools.

- U.S. Department of Education is available to answer questions about student loans and laws and policies about education.
- National Center on Secondary Education and Transition provides resources on transitioning to secondary education for students with disabilities.
- The Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA) is the premier source of information, education, and support for persons with brain injury.
