Help is Available, You Just Have to Ask!
Most schools have an entire office devoted to helping students with learning challenges. It is your responsibility to let the Student Disabilities Office know that you might need some extra help and ask for the help you need when it is required. Sometimes the office provides tutoring or can work with a professor to allow you more time for homework or tests.
Some of the services provided by this office might include:
- Tutoring
- Note Takers
- Taped Texts
- Videotext Displays
- Interpreters
- Readers

Remember—it is YOUR responsibility to let the Disability Services office know about any help you may need and to ASK for the help when you need it!
