Headaches can be hard to treat because many different things can cause them. Usually there is something that triggers the headache. Finding out what may be your trigger means that you can work to make your headaches less painful or even avoid them altogether. Some of these triggers, such as stress, are unavoidable, but coping strategies can be used to manage headaches you cannot avoid.
