
Maybe you have noticed that you sometimes feel sad or irritated when you have a headache. Or maybe others have told you that they noticed you being sad or frustrated when you have a headache.
It is hard to be positive when your head hurts!
As you learned in Session 2, your attitude (positive or negative) influences your healing process. Your attitude also affects your mood and your experience of pain. Your attitude can make you feel worse or help you cope.

- Angry or sad
- Pain not managed
