Your attitude about life affects your recovery. Having a positive attitude helps you deal with everyday stresses and hassles more effectively and easily.
After your injury, it’s important to give yourself a chance to heal. This may mean that you can’t do everything that you want to do. It may be hard to deal with not being able to do everything you could before your injury. Staying positive can help you to deal with negative feelings and think of creative ways to deal with your restrictions.
